1. Shipping Charges

1.1 We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above INR 399.

1.2 A nominal fee of INR 30 is charged on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

2.1 Orders are generally dispatched within 24 hours of receiving the order.

2.2 The estimated delivery time (ETA) is 3–5 working days from the date of dispatch.

3. Delivery Delays

3.1 While we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, there may be delays due to factors beyond our control (such as courier issues, weather conditions, regional restrictions, etc.).

3.2 In such cases, the issue will be escalated to our courier partner. If required, we may also reship the order from our end.

3.3 Under such circumstances, TAGN Organic Foods will ensure safe delivery of your order. However, we will not be able to cancel or issue refunds for delays caused during transit.
