These Terms and Conditions apply to all the products that we sell through our website https://tagnorganicfoods.com/. Please note that you agree to accept these Terms and Conditions by purchasing any of our products.
1. WHO WE ARE
1.1 https://tagnorganicfoods.com/ is a website operated by TAGN Organic Foods.
1.2 We are based in India and operate under the name TAGN Organic Foods.
2. ORDERING AND DISPATCH
2.1 You can order products through our website or through phone.
2.2 After receiving your order, we will send you an email confirming your order. This email signifies our acceptance of your order.
2.3 Once we receive payment from you, we will send you an email confirming receipt of payment and dispatch of your order.
2.4 For wholesale orders, we often purchase on order to ensure maximum freshness and quality. Dispatch may take 3–5 working days for such orders. We request advance notice while placing wholesale orders.
2.5 We reserve the right to cancel any order and refund your payment anytime before dispatch due to non-availability of product or any other reason.
3. PRICES
3.1 All prices listed on our website are subject to change. However, changes will not affect orders already accepted.
3.2 Prices on our website exclude applicable taxes and shipping costs, which will be added during checkout.
3.3 Although we carefully compute and list product prices, if any product is incorrectly priced due to an unintentional error, we will notify you via email or phone before accepting your order. You may choose to cancel your order or pay the price difference.
3.4 All retail payments must be made by credit or debit card before dispatch. We accept major credit and debit cards.
3.5 For wholesale deliveries within India, payment may be made by cheque or bank transfer within 15 days of delivery. Interest charges may apply for late payments.
4. DELIVERY
4.1 We try to ship all retail orders received before 12:00 p.m. IST by the next working day.
4.2 Under exceptional circumstances, order processing may take up to 3 working days.
4.3 We aim to dispatch products within 24 hours of payment clearance and deliver orders within India within 5–7 working days, depending on your selected shipping method.
4.4 If a product is out of stock, we will notify you about the delay and dispatch it as soon as it is back in stock.

5. SHELF LIFE & STORAGE CONDITIONS
5.1 Our products have a shelf life of up to 24 months (where applicable), depending on product type and packaging.
5.2 To maintain product quality:
Store in airtight containers
Keep away from moisture, heat, and strong odors
Store in a cool and dry place
5.3 Freezing is not recommended as it may reduce product quality and shelf life.
6. VARIATIONS IN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
6.1 We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time due to changes in company policy, operational requirements, or applicable laws and regulations.
6.2 You will be subject to the Terms and Conditions in force at the time you place an order, unless changes are required by law or governmental authority.
